Anokha, a takeaway at 7 The Precinct, Aldwick, West Sussex was given the score after assessment on July 28, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Arun's 120 takeaways with ratings, 92 (77%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
