Rooks rocked by injuries

LEWES Football Club manager Steve King is wondering who will be fit for Saturday's Conference South league visit to Yeading.

After last Saturday's disastrous 3-0 home defeat by Eastleigh the Rooks drew 0-0 in the return fixture on Tuesday evening but suffered more injury problems.

King said: 'I only had four on the bench at Eastleigh and now Lewis Hamilton, Jamie Cade and Dean Gordon have joined the injury list while Paul Booth had to come off with double vision and Leon Legge is suspended for the Yeading game.

'It's becoming a nightmare season for us, we've had so many injuries.'

Hamilton will be missing for three weeks with a thigh strain, Cade is likely to miss a fortnight with a hip problem and Gordon has a pulled hamstring.
