Point to point diary
THE point to point season opened at Tweseldown last week. Despite some awful weather in the morning it cleared up and there was no rain all afternoon.
Six, well-contested races on soft ground started off the South East season and we are delighted to report our first runner, the mare Saddlers Cloth, finished second in the Ladies Open race which was generously sponsored by Fontwell Park Racecourse. Additionally, our assistant, Catherine, won the prize for the best turned out horse.
