It recently reopened its doors after the restrictions imposed during the coronavirus lockdown.

After Table Tennis England, the national governing body, gave the all-clear for the return of competitive table tennis, subject to the strict implementation of health and safety protocols issued by TTE under government guidelines, club secretary Trevor Towner has worked with TTE to provide an acceptable environment for competition.

This takes the form of an Internal Club team competition which started on Friday, October 9.

The format is teams of three, all play all, best of three games, no doubles and has proved immensely popular with Bexhillians club members and guest players alike.

The club is also open on Saturdays for practice and coaching.
