WORTHING Raiders Rugby Club returned to winning ways on Saturday over fellow promotion-chasers Hertford 23-6 and now travel to unbeaten Old Albanians on Saturday.

Old Albanians have won all four of their league matches and Worthing director of rugby Ian Davies said: "It's going to be a tough one. It's never an easy place to go, although they have fantastic facilities.

"At the start of the season, I wouldn't have expected them to be challenging but, if they have recruited well, they could be up there."

Worthing gave a debut to former England winger Tom Beim against Hertford, and Charlie McGowan also returned from injury.
