Blues are the champions

SEAN DUFFY'S goal seven minutes from time crowned Rustington Football Club as Division 3 Champions on Tuesday night at Newhaven. It grabbed Blues a 2-2 draw, which was enough after Pease Pottage, the only side who could overtake them, drew 1-1 with Forest.

Blues were 2-0 down but goals from substitute Ryan Walton and Duffy secured the draw.

Manager Gareth Davies said: "'Im delighted. It's just reward for a special bunch of players. I'm proud of them all and they have got what they thoroughly deserve.
