PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), which was appointed to the group on Wednesday January 9, began to close the firms 187 stores with a loss of 1,370 jobs.

The Horsham store, based in Swan Walk Shopping Centre, closed its doors on Friday January 11.

“As your readers will be aware from national press last week, sadly all Jessops stores closed during the afternoon of Friday January 11,” said Gill Buchanan, Swan Walk Centre Manager. “The store in Swan Walk is no longer trading and we are very sad to see the loss of this brand on the High Street.

“I am pleased to let customers know that digital photo printing services are available at Boots store in the centre along with many other photo gift products.”
