Veteran cars’ Remembrance Day tribute

Hundreds of veteran cars were steered through the heart of Mid Sussex yesterday (Sunday November 3) in the RAC annual run.

Many carried poppies, as in the rather smokey vehicle pictured, as a reminder of impending Remembrance Sunday.

This car was pictured by the Middy passing through London Road at Burgess Hill.

Drivers set early this morning from London to the trip to Brighton.

They had spells of sunshine but also showers of rain to contend with as well as some steep hills.
