The TV soap star, recently voted the sexiest male in one of the shows, will be supporting the July 21 event in aid of St Wilfrid’s Hospice.

The former Bognor schoolboy will be drawing the raffle as well as signing authographs and posing for photographs.

The funday will take place from 11am-5pm at Bognor Rugby Club off Hampshire Avenue.

Other attractions in the packed day include live music, a dance performance, family sports fun and a photobooth.

One of the organisers, Emilee Talman, said: “Hopefully, it’s going to be a big event.

“It just started off as a family barbecue and it has grown from there. About four of us have put the event on, with a lot of other people involved as well.”

Hair stylist Emilee, 24, of St Nicholas Lane, Middleton, said she had raised money for the hospice in the past.

She received £1,500 sponsorship by entering last year’s Birdman event.

But the death of a friend’s mother in the hospice last Christmas prompted her to renew her efforts.

“I’m hoping we will be able to raise a lot of money,” she said. “People have been so generous that most things have not had to be paid for and so that will help us to make more money.”
