Tiles falling off roof closes Bexhill seafront

The Bexhill seafront is partially closed due to tiles falling off a roof today (Monday, February 8).

The Marina is closed in both directions between Devonshire Road and Albany Road due to the tiles falling off the roof near Italian Way.

East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service made the area safe at around 3.15pm but the road is still closed according to BBC Travel.

Storm Imogen has also caused a tree to fall onto Hollier’s Hill which is partially blocked, and two trees on the A21 near Sedlescombe and Whatlington, with one on top of a car which has closed the road.
