Rother reviews DLWP funding
PROPOSALS to vary funding arrangements for Bexhill's De La Warr Pavilion and to end residents' satisfaction surveys came before Rother District Council's Cabinet on Monday.
But with a 1,700 signature petition from the Bexhill Alliance proposing that public funding should be more closely allied to the venue fulfilling local expectations, the issue was not debated.
Instead it was agreed that it should be placed before full council when it meets at Bexhill Town Hall at 6.30pm on Monday next week, February 28.
