Rewards for info to catch vandals
A recent outbreak of criminal damage in Horsham's Hurst Road has proved a suitable testing ground for a new initiative aimed at cracking down on criminal damage and graffiti.
Two bus shelters and a telephone kiosk have had glass panels smashed and within a short time of the incident being reported 100 reward posters were put up at the same spot.
