Railway show on track for success
THE LING Model Railway Club of Lancing held its annual exhibition on Saturday and Sunday at Sompting Village Hall.
The club's publicity officer, Chris Peters, said around 200 people came and saw the exhibition, which featured six different layouts, mostly N-gauge, over the weekend.
Mr Peters added there was also a stall run by J. Morris's shop in Lancing with the world-famous Fleischmann model railways.
The club meets every second, fourth and fifth Friday of the month at Sompting Village Hall, from 7pm to 10pm. New members are always welcome.
