Photography and Artist's exhibition

The exhibition displayed a range of stunning photographs, exhibited by members of Bexhill Photographic club, a selection of impressive, colourful paintings were provided by Bexhill Artists Workspace members, along with a variety of interesting arts and crafts products.

Praising the artist's work, Cllr Douart said he was delighted to see the work of so many local people and he believes the arts are an important part of the community.

He said: "It's very encouraging to see the local club's continue to prosper and to do so well and I hope it will last."

He added: "These are good clubs in Bexhill, they are important, they add to the community spirit and they are activities that are of interest to the young and the elderly."
