Dog attacked and killed in Eastbourne

Sussex Police said they received a report of a dog being ‘dangerously out of control’ in Five Acres field at around 5pm on Tuesday, July 20.

The police spokesperson said, “The dog attacked another dog, which sadly later died from its injuries.

“The dog also bit a woman on the hand as she tried to intervene.”

According to police, enquiries are ongoing and anyone who saw what happened or who has any information is asked to report it online or by calling 101 quoting serial 41 of 22/07.
