Chichester's top ranking for summer visits to bring more people to city, council hopes
Holiday company Holidu looked at cities throughout the country and, after taking into account the average number of hours of sun, average temperature, number of parks, lakes, beaches, swimming pools and ice-cream shops, and comparing these with the density of the cities, placed our city in the number-one spot.
"We know that our parks team are especially proud of this score, especially as they, along with our streets team, have been out and about throughout this entire crisis making sure that the city continues to look its best.
