WE often read comments on the letters page about the parlous state of Worthing.

Apathy and poor planning decisions appear to have led to a serious deterioration in our town over the last century and even today it is still very tacky in places.

We recently visited the Assembly Rooms on a hot evening. It was like going back to the 1950s...

You will never please everybody.
