Web on the way

I WOULD like to extend a huge thank-you to the Gazette and to the people who came forward to offer their help in editing my charity website (Gazette story, February 10).

As readers may be aware, I am preparing for an attempted 15-mile swim from Littlehampton to Worthing and back this summer to raise much-needed funds for Chestnut Tree House children’s hospice and the RNLI.

Thanks to the appeal in the Gazette, I now have Michael Smith Design hard at work rebuilding the site and from what I have seen it is stunning.

In a week or so, when the new site is up and running, we will be fully equipped to take local business sponsorship in exchange for advertising on the site.

So thank-you for all the kind offers and please keep sponsoring the Swimming Gardener Chestnut Challenge, we have raised nearly £2,000 already and it’s all going “swimmingly”!
