We were young, too
MY family and I are fortunate enough to live within sight of Mewsbrook Park and both walk and cycle regularly through it, without mishap and have done for years.
We fully support the promenade scheme and wish they had done it years ago, when we chose to move down here to live when our children were young.
Was Derek Wilkins (Gazette letters, February 3) not young and carefree once? Cyclists need to be taught respect/consideration at a young age.
