State of roads is damaging cars

Driving through Little Common to get to Eastbourne in the last three months, I have had to significantly slow down to five miles per hour as the roads are caving in.

There are massive potholes in the village outside the shops. My suspension takes a beating every time.

If my car were to be damaged, then I would take the legal loophole and sue the Highways Agency.

I have never seen such a mess and what if an old person were to trip and break a leg?

The roads should have been done and dusted a long time ago but still the holes are getting bigger.

Let’s see if anything gets done. I feel for car drivers and people living in LIttle Common because even if their cars are damaged they will end up being responsible for paying out of their own pocket anyway.
