More local produce, please

I ALSO found both Anchor Springs and St Martin's car parks full on market day, but a drive round the block found plenty of spaces in Avon Road car park, so I was able to shop in the market.

I think the market is an asset to our town, if only to make local produce available to townsfolk who are not able to shop at the farm shops at Climping and Crossbush.

Of course, it could become an even greater asset if it were able to develop by including some of the stalls from the former market which used to be held in the precinct.

Some were greatly missed when that market closed.
