LETTER: Magnificent sum for disaster relief

The Rotary Club of Horsham collected the magnificent sum of £2,771 last Friday in Horsham town centre in aid of their Philippine Disaster Relief Fund.

This was truly amazing and we sincerely thank the people of Horsham for being so incredibly generous.

This sum will be used to purchase five Shelter Boxes which will provide much needed help to a number of homeless families.

We would also thank Forest Boys School and other individuals who have contributed to our appeal which in total has raised over £4,500 in the first week.
