Age UK Horsham District offers festive celebrations to older residents this Christmas

Following the huge success of last year’s Christmas Day festivities at Lavinia House, Age UK Horsham District is once again opening its doors on December 25th for older people from the Horsham District who would otherwise be alone.

The Christmas Day event will include a festive lunch with all the trimmings, entertainment and a Christmas gift. There is a charge of £10 and places need to be booked and paid for in advance as numbers are limited. Accessible door to door transport can be arranged, if necessary, for £5 return trip.

The Charity is very grateful to The Salvation Army for their donation towards the Christmas Day revelries and also to WSCC who have provided valuable funding through their Winter Weekend Activities.
