A society thanks you

I AM delighted to report that the Royal Blind Society raised £252.84p with a collection in East Preston on Saturday, June 12.

This will support blind people through respite holidays and with grants for people without sight who are on a low income.

May I ask you to print this letter as a formal way of thanking all those people who gave so generously to this worthwhile cause? The society only survives through donations and legacies and these charity collections go a long way to assisting the society to continue its work.
