An unwise decision
I see that despite Hotham Park Heritage Trust's sensible advice, Arun's leader of the council has enthused about the decision Arun has taken on the siting of the restaurant in the park.
The site is such that it will be inconspicuous and generally unapproachable when it is dark.
As a layman I would think a caterer would judge the restaurant to be a non-starter.
However, it wouldn’t be the first time ADC has made an unwise decision, so it may be they will think again and take the sensible advice given to them.
