She will lead Bader College’s senior management team to deliver ambitious plans for the future of the college campus and the wider Herstmonceux Castle Estate.

In addition to offering an outstanding study abroad opportunity for approximately 200 undergraduate students each year, Bader College sits on 600 acres of land containing medieval parklands, ancient woodlands, meadows, ponds, marshlands, and formal gardens.

Under Professor Griffiths-Baker’s leadership, the college will remain dedicated to offering inspirational, innovative learning and advancing the sustainable development of its estate through the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals.

By implementing sustainable ecological practices and championing biodiversity, Bader College aims to provide a living laboratory for its resident scholars, staff, the local community and thousands of visiting members of the public each year.
