Man found dead at Bognor Regis pier is named

The man who was found dead at the pier in the evening of Saturday, July 4, has been named as 26-year-old Radi Radev of Sudley Road in the town.

His next of kin have been informed, police have said, and an inquest into his death will begin on Tuesday (July 21).

A spokesman for Sussex Police said: "The man whose body was found at Bognor Pier on the evening of July 4 has been identified as Radi Radev, 26, of Sudley Road, Bognor Regis. His next-of-kin have been advised and an inquest into his death will open on July 21.
