‘Funtastic’ weekend for Haywards Heath Brownies
Eight girls from the 3rd. Haywards Heath Brownie unit joined with 3,000 other Brownies from London and South East Region, along with their leaders and Red Coats to enjoy a special weekend at Butlins, Bognor Regis.
This was the first of many celebrations in 2014 to commemorate the centenary of Brownies.
There was a similar event 4 years ago to celebrate the centenary of Girlguiding but the weekend of 17 - 19th. January 2014was bigger and better. The girls enjoyed an action packed weekend with games, craft, fairground rides, pantomime, a quiz along the promenade and, of course, time in the swimming complex.
The weekend was Funtastic!
