Fresh air andexercise on walk
COUNCILLOR Stuart Wood, Mayor of Bexhill, will be among those joining today's (Friday, December 16) health walk, organised by fellow Rother District Council member, Cllr Paul Lendon, to take in the sea air along the resort's promenade.
Open to all, the walk sets off from the De La Warr Pavilion at 11am, and to add a seasonal flavour, Cllr Lendon has asked participants to wear Santa-like red-and-white colours. On Thursday, December 29 Cllr Lendon will lead a Time Walk, setting off from the Clock Tower on Bexhill’s West Parade at 11am and visting a dozen clocks around the town. He said: “It will be both a time to reflect and to enjoy some healty exercise after the Christmas festivities.”
