This is a two day workshop showing children aged 7-14 and their parents how a radio show is put together.

Director Sian Crossland said: "We are thrilled to have secured the services of a massage therapist who works with children and parents together. Everyone now acknowledges that children lead a stressful life and it's wonderful to be able to offer something that is relaxing, benefits the whole family and is free.

"We're also very pleased to be able to once more host a course on How to stay safe on the Web for children and their parents learning together."

To book any of these free sessions please call 01424 214412. Places are limited and allocated on 'First come first served' basis.
