Fire at Wainwright Road
EAST Sussex Fire & Rescue services attended a "fire in the open" at the rear of the Claremont Veterinary surgery on Wainwright Road 6.30pm on Friday evening.
A spokesman for the rescue services described the blaze, which burnt two trees, as a "rubbish fire", and said they believe it was started maliciously.
Police also attended the scene.
