Man remains in custody over alleged stabbing in Eastbourne

A police spokesperson confirmed the man is still being quizzed by detectives investigating an attack on a teenage boy in Seaside yesterday (Monday).

The victim was found in the street close to the junction with Beach Road suffering with stab wounds and was rushed to hospital.

His injuries have been described as not life-threatening.
