Eastbourne Police have appealed for witnesses to the driver of a moped which had been stolen.

A stolen silver moped was recovered by Police on Thursday, May 25 in the South Harbour in the town.

Police are seeking to identify the rider who is known to have been riding the moped without a helmet, and are asking for residents who may have witnessed youngsters riding the silver moped which also had an L plate on the front, in the South Harbour and Asda area between 10am and 5pm to get in touch.
