Church hostsfirst display of art work

The King's Gate Church enjoyed its first art exhibition last week to much acclaim.

On show was a variety of art forms from glass engraving and painting to photos and creative writing, exhibited from across an age range of eight to 80.

Pictured from left are Helen Eldridge, Ben Leney, Lucy Main and Anita Kirby all members of the King's Gate Church and exhibitors at the exhibition, who thoroughly enjoyed both exhibiting work and experiencing the thrill of their first art show.

The work submitted was of an excellent standard and, with much fun and enthusiasm surrounding the event, plans are already forming for next year's art show.
