The officers found three men either having sex with Asian females or waiting their turn.

Also found at the venue were materials linked to the running of a brothel.

A financial investigation using the evidence found at the premises established that Whitlock and his wife, Wan Si Kam, had been operating a brothel since they began renting the property in early 2007.

Their profits were calculated to be at least 9,210 to form the subject of the first charge.

Further inquiries on the males and females found at the venue backed the charge of running or keeping a brothel for gain.

Kam was charged with assisting in the management of a brothel. She is awaiting sentence for the offence. She returns to the court on May 13 after reports from the Probation Service have been prepared.
