Bexhill plans in the pipeline

THE following planning applications were received by Rother District Council:

• 32 Hornbeam Avenue – retention of conservatory.

• Flat 11 (estate manager’s office) Chichester Court – small extension to existing office by infilling canopy area. Reconfiguring path and providing a ramp.

• 58 Glenleigh Park Road – remove six-metre high fir trees and self-sown holly bushes from property’s boundary with Uplands Close and construct two-metre high close-boarded fence along same boundary.

• 44 Devonshire Road – proposed replacement shopfront.

•Jim’s Place, Ninfield Road – lawful development certificate – for existing use- use of existing stables converted to full living accommodation/dwelling.

• 3 Elva Way, Edge Workshop – change of use of unit 31 from category B1 to bakery use.

• 86A Sea Road - 1st floor extension to form self-contained apartment, including alterations to bay windows of existing ground floor dwelling and construction of external staircase.
