Bexhill area plans in the pipeline

THE following planning applications have been received by Rother Distrct Council:

• 4 Cantelupe Road, Sydenham Court – install replacement windows to property.

• 24 Gatelands Drive, The Oaks – Oaks T1,T2,T3,T4,T5 and T8. Rebalance upper crown. Reduce overhang to all properties by 15 per cent. Crown lift to five metres. Oaks - T6 and T7 to fell.

• 7 Beacon Hill – Oak tree 1 - remove to ground level. Oak tree 2 – 30 per cent crown reduction, Oak tree 3 – reduce lower lateral branches over neighbour’s roof.

• Little Bearsden, St Marys Lane – conversion of garage to form utility/games room with home office over.

• 96 Cranston Avenue -land adjacent -reduce tree size by a quarter or one third.

Bexhill
