A-LEVELS 2015: Perfect pass rates at Lavant House

There were smiles all round at Lavant House school after students again achieved a 100 per cent pass rate.

The school also saw the percentage of A and A* grades rise in comparison to last year.

“I am so relieved and excited,” said Libby Swan, who was delighted to received an A* and two A grades.

“I didn’t think I would get my grades, I thought I would get a lot lower, and what I achieved was a lot higher than my predicted grades.”

Megan Adams, Lavant’s head girl, said: “I am going off to London in September to study a professional diploma in marketing, events management & business.

“My dream is to work in TV as I did an acting diploma alongside my A-levels.”

Headmistress Caroline Horton added: “I am absolutely delighted for the girls.

“They have received results that reflect their hard work and the support the staff have given them.

“That’s the most important thing.”
