In an announcement yesterday afternoon, Lidl GB said the store on Westhampnett Road would be open to customers next Thursday (February 27), after a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 8am.

However, 'due to a delay in the completion of highway safety works' outside the store, it will now not open until next month.
