New partner for law firm’s technology division

Law firm Thomas Eggar has recruited Jonathan Snade as a mergers and acquisitions partner who will work within the firm’s technology sector.

Jonathan, who will be based in the firm’s London office, is part of a focused recruitment campaign within the corporate and finance practice group.

It is designed to introduce partners into the firm that will cross over key sectors and service lines.

Previously a partner in the corporate department of Penningtons Manches’ London team and prior to that, a senior associate at Pinsent Masons LLP, Jonathan specialises in UK and cross-border private company transactions.

He has particular expertise of the technology sector.
