VIDEO: Housebuyers flock to see first new homes south of Broadbridge Heath
Hundreds flocked to look at the first finished houses at the new south of Broadbridge Heath development on Saturday February 9.
Countryside Properties, which has outline planning permission for 963 homes, a site named ‘Wickhurst Green’, also has full permission to build several hundred.
The first few properties, part of a tranche of homes called ‘Great Oaks’, were unveiled to the public with several reservations made before lunchtime.
Ian Hepworth, sales director for Countryside Properties, said the homes unveiled were part of a new range of units designed by the developer.
