TJ Productions is staging its own performance of Yes, Prime Minister, from Tuesday (September 9), until next Saturday at the Windmill Entertainment Centre.

The show, based on the smash hit 1980s TV programme, has been brought right up to date to reflect today’s current political climate.

Steve Wallace stars as Prime Minister Jim Hacker, who is the head of a new coalition government in crisis.

The country is on the brink of financial meltdown with its only apparent salvation resting in the hands of a morally dubious deal with an odd foreign minister.

Tim Kimber will be playing the role of Sir Humphrey. He will be supported by Ben Cassan, as the hapless Bernard Woolley, and Jane Kimber the sharp political advisor, Claire Sutton.

Experienced actors Mike Wells, Ian Weston, and Julie Waite will also be in the cast.
