Former stage manager out for theatrical revenge in inventive thriller
Stage Struck, written by Simon Gray (directed by Chris Butler), runs from Tuesday, February 17, to Saturday, February 28.
The show is a thriller that uses a handful of actors to play parts within parts.

Hide AdRobert Simon, once a stage manager in a provincial repertory company, is keeping house for his wife – a West End actress – while he amuses himself with various sexual adventures.
However, a psychiatrist’s intervention destroys his marriage and he plans a terrible revenge, which lets him rediscover his theatrical talents.
Chris Butler said: “This is a very clever thriller, first performed in 1979 and starring Alan Bates as Robert.
“I have assembled a strong cast, led by Simon Bonsor as Robert, supported by Rebecca Warnett, Stuart Finlayson, and returning member Tony Godden.”
Performances start at 7.45pm.
