Phill-ing the gap left by Blockheads' Ian

NEARLY eight years after his death, the legendary Ian Dury lives on through his Blockheads.

The Blockheads 30th anniversary tour- with Phil Jupitus stepping into the Dury shoes--comes to Worthing's Assembly Hall on Saturday December 22 at 7.30pm.

Mick Gallagher ( Hammond organ, piano, synthesizer) has been there throughout.

" It was 1977 and there were four of us playing together and we were working with jingles for Radio Caroline," he recalled.
