Designers and makers take over empty Chichester shop window
Spokeswoman Alys Bryan said: “The initiative, created by business development strategist Debbie Gent, will add a splash of colour and interest to the city centre and promote the diverse range of products available from local creatives in the run-up to Christmas.
“Victoria Wade, a creative in the retail sector, has designed the window scheme at the currently empty East shop on South Street. On display will be a selection of home accessories, art prints, jewellery and other gift items from local businesses, including Wolf and Apple, Bobbie Print, Oh My Etoile and Sorbet Living.

“Both Debbie and Victoria are members of the thriving Design Collective Chichester which brings together creative people working or living in Chichester and the surrounding area to build a strong design community, promote local practitioners for local contracts, maximise business networks and ignite exciting collaborations.”
This project was supported by Chichester Cathedral, Sarah Sharp, Chichester District Council and Chichester BID.
