Fire crews called to fish and chips shop blaze
Fire crews were in attendance at a Billingshurst fish and chips shop fire yesterday evening (December 2).
The incident took place in Jengers Mead at 7.47pm.
Horsham and Billingshurst firefighters tackled the kitchen blaze for around two hours.
West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service used three hose reels, three fire extinguishers and breathing apparatus to stop the fire spreading to the flats above the shop.
