A CYCLIST suffered a bruised pelvis when he collided with a car in Wick yesterday evening (Wednesday, March 11).

Emergency services were called to a collision between a Ford Focus car and the cyclist on the A259 roundabout at Wick Street, Wick, Littlehampton, at 5.15pm.

The biker, a 48-year-old man from Littlehampton, was taken to the Royal Sussex County Hospital, Brighton, with a bruised pelvis.

A 36-year-old woman from Havant who was driving the car was unhurt.

Police have not appealed for any witnesses at this time.
