Man charged over Poppy Appeal box at East Grinstead
A man has been arrested and charged with the theft of a Poppy Appeal charity box on Sunday (10 November) Remembrance Sunday.
It was taken from the Esso Petrol Station in Station Road, East Grinstead.
Staff at the garage reported that a man walked in at 3.50am and stole the poppy charity box from the counter.
