Chichester dug deep to win the first-versus-second battle at Oaklands Park, toppling Gravesend 19-15.

The Blues - roared on by a huge crowd in the warm spring sunshine - trailed 9-0 in the first half, led 12-9 at half-time but fell 15-12 behind before going over for what proved the winning try.

It puts them four points clear of Gravesend with two games left - although the Kent side do have an extra game to play. That means wins in their final two games, away to Brighton and Wimbledon, are imperative for Chichester.
