Titans won't clash - they're a multi-talented sporting lot

Team Titans is a new local multisport team launching this Saturday (April 2) with the aim of competing in local, national and international events ranging from 5k runs to full Ironman triathlons.

The founders have come together from various sporting backgrounds and have created Team Titans in order to nurture, support and assist anyone who has a dream of competing in an event, no matter the distance, discipline, their level of experience or fitness.

The team are being sponsored by a number of local businesses including Cathedral Landscapes, Exterior Cleaning & Maintenance, Krowmark Workwear, Minters Paving, TXM Technology and Well Fit/Herbalife Nutrition.

They are also supporting local charities and have selected Chestnut Tree House, St Wilfrid’s Hospice and Mount Noddy to raise funds for through their training and event participation this season.

If you are interested in finding out more about Team Titans and would like some advice on how to achieve your goals or would like to join as a full member, a launch event is being hosted by Tri-It Sports in Quarry Lane, Chichester, on Saturday, April 2, between 9am and 5pm.

They’re taking part in events including the Swashbuckler middle distance – also known as a half-Ironman – triathlon, the Portsmouth duathlon series, the Natures Way Foods Chichester Triathlon and the Bognor Prom 10k, along with a host of others in the region.
